Gray Zone

This is very timely for me at the start of this year, one of my goals this year is to adjust my game to the level of play of the game I am working. His advice will give me some insight on how to be consistent with it.

Thank You,

Gray Zone

Very sound adivice. Although there are always those coaches and parents that expect the "game 7" strike zone no matter what, I got significantly more positive feedback and thank yous for encouraging players to swing the bat in order to have a 6 inning game vs. a 3 inning walk-a-thon. As with everything the key is consistency for both teams.
