I finally found the hard to find Rick Hill who has your hats if you ordered from him or can get some from him if you contact him.

He is located at All Pro  11241 East Columa Rd in Rancho Cordova.   This is on the East side of Sunrise and is next to "Dance 10" on the left side of the road
